I need to find a solution for the "Go to school" quest, but so far every solution that's been offered is a convoluted mess of "go here" "keep spending time until he shows up" "uniform or no uniform" "change variables" "it worked for this person (link to external website)" and quite frankly, none of them seem to actually work for everyone or work at all for me to actually test it out myself.

Try to going through the race again. I tried it a couple times and at certain point it worked
When I had to take Maria's panties to her laboratory, I went somewhere else and passed that mission, what is your variable for editing, you know? I wanted to see that part

I have that same issue i didnt know that i had the school quest that far advanced since just recently i picked the game up again DO I REALLY have to start over again?
Download the cheat mod and use the SmartPhone and select bugfix then select the last option
