I think he legit has a direction. Just lacks the discipline to actually go through with being successful. He is given carte blanche to procrastinate all he wants, so he does. If you remember what he said when he started his patreon, it was his last attempt at avoiding getting a real job. His goals were simply to be able to pay rent and eat for the month. But because he lacks any kind of true ambition, his desire to complete the project is really gone because he is already a success in his own mind.

Will it ever be planned to have 4k models? Replaying the game and it's soo blurry/pixelated.

Maybe there's a mod for it, but checking the first page there's none.

yeah gonna say thats a tall order for TK17. Yeah there are mods for it, but images you see made in 4k are heavily edited. You really don't want that in a game that already can't produce content on time with its current state.
