There is no machinist course, if I remember right you only need to take it once and the rest is from the main story, after you unlock the races.
I collect all ms Taylor stuff but if i talk to her she told me first collect stuff . How can i fix it?

It's either school or main quest, I don't remember, but it's not a side thing so you will have to do it eventually.

I don't think Vanessa is dateable in the game and I also didn't see scenes for her in the CG rips that were posted here. Carol date has been removed, you just need to visit her home on the afternoons and make sure you pick the option to go along with the paparazzi's request.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed this game a lot, but I'm giving up on it, there's too many bugs (had to give on 2 girls routes because of bugs) and that bug fixer in the game is worthless.

Using the default bug fixer is not going to help you with everything. Sadly you are right though, this game has too many bugs with a developer who won't/can't put in the work to fix previous mistakes while also being consistent with updates or information on the next update.
I've beaten the game three times now with no issues for each playthrough after reaching the end of the game for each update. The way I did this was by talk to Symphony of the Night and fixing things myself if needed (on the second and third playthrough it was not). If you read previous posts you'll learn that you kind of have to play the game a certain way i.e completing quest lines before starting others.
Don't download saves unless they're from SOTN.
is there a way to make the scenes go faster or do i just gotta wait for the blue bar to slowly fill up
Is there an android port for this? The one I downloaded doesn't work at some point when you have to go to school.
