I think you might have been told to use the bug fix linked in the op. What I don't remember is if it worked for you. If it didn't I guess there is a bootleg solution like this. ˇˇ
The reason you didn't get much of a reaction is I guess the fact that a bit of searching should have given you most of the possible solutions to your problem.
Well, I fucked up and screwed myself with the Laura pizza thing that cascaded with the Lucy birthday event and ruined my save file with this bug. I either have to replay five hours or see if anyone has a save before the big soccer trip that works on 0.98.

If you want a faster solution search the thread, this issue happens to a lot of people so the solution has been posted a few times.
i'm stuck at the same place, i just thought about to use the bugfix (back home), that did the trick, i can talk to sarah and send her get pizza, but i don't know if this will fuck the game after...more than it already is x).
edit: tried to get pizza but that don't work, no one in front of house :c

I have tried everything mentioned in the threads, however nothing has worked for me. Even i have tried following Symphony of the Night steps as well but nothing. If someone can direct me i will be grateful. If some can provide with a save where that quest is already completed. Thank you.
