The Incest probably is turn off, to turn on, go to column that is between the kitchen and the living room, there is hidden switch there, press it, you would hear clear sound.

thanks man, SOTN actually told me my issue was not that, but the fact i never went behind the jet library, so not really a bug, just me not paying attention
