I saw you got your answer already, but yeah, once pass, you cannot see the scene again. Incest should always be turn on early in game. Also in the game it doesnt have any way to turn off incest, so no need to worry if you click the walls to turn it on multiple times

Yeah, the dev definitely got obnoxious when it came to the Family members questlines. So much padding and BS that just didnt need to be there. Dont even get me started on the MC suddenly turning into a pussy and not wanting to fuck Sarah even after HE was the one who initiated being an incest fucker.
