Carol dating is indeed removed and only part of it are left (which cause issues, so just dont call her N.B:fix in the cheat mod at my profile link). I dont play the game often so have no idea who is Maritza?? Garage is not remove just changed to car racing garage. Same girl is there to have scenes with. It is part of the main story line. Babysitting is reworked but has huge bugs in it which prevents you from seeing the end or progressing (N.B:fix in the cheat mod at my profile link).
After coma stage and you get the new house is when you suppose to meet Lucy official as your mom

I'm pretty sure it would have fallen down long ago, had you not taken interest. Right now, I'm stuck at "Go to the Hornet Pub" and nothing else I can find. But, nothing works at the pub. Maybe I need to join a different gang. Thank you for the help.

The game says to go to hornet pub. The leader will be waiting for you outside and with the girl you save. I check your save and it worked just fine. If nothing shows up for you, then something is wrong with your game folder or your timing ( it suppose to be morning). It is working fine for me on v0.98.6 + pc cheat mod.

You need to enable incest. At this point either turn it on with a saveeditor(don't know the exact way), or the cheat mod. You also missed a few scenes thanks to this.

From what I remember that happens to quite a few people, dunno what is the trigger. Just download the cheatmod and skip the whole part, you will still see the scenes.
