Is there a bug or am I not being careful enough when running Alison's mission? I can't trigger the threesome scene with Noa. Even though I've been on 20 dates with Alison and Agree with Alison before.

You might need the Alison Shanon threesome first. It's just a guess.

If I recall correctly during the dinner scene with Marckus' family, you need to agree with Alison in order to get the threesome with Alison and Noa later on.

there is a bug right now with this quest, to fix it you have to change a variable in your save File.
as i can remeber there is a variable called "SandraQUEST" or so which had the Value "18" in my save game, i needed to change it to "50".

No hard vouche for the numbers but that helped me to progress
