I honestly can't recall a single patreon porn game that wasn't de facto dropped. Closest is Urban Demons where the dev actually went back after dropping it to revamp the game and add an ending but even that was mostly a "wrap up"; otherwise we get stuff like Insexual Awakening which simply declared the game over between updates and added a lacklustre epilogue.
There's honestly no reason to support patreon games unless the dev clearly knows what they're doing like Peasant's Quest. If one wants to support game devs I think it makes much more sense to pay upfront for japanese games like SEQUEL Blight or whatever Kagura Games is working on rn.
