Is it implemented in the game...!? Because I didn't find/trigger that particular event at all even if it's censored. Just some house events.

I don't think this is correct.
I think he is claiming that the scenes with Lucy (only the penetration scenes, mind you) violate Patreon's no incest policy, therefore he censored them.
That's the way I understand the situation.
Several posters have already pointed out the obvious holes in his explanation, and many have concluded that he is doing this to "punish" his Patreons (some of which have apparently been critical of him recently).
I, for one, can't imagine a developer being so petty that he/she would sabotage there own work just to spite their SUPPORTERS. But then again, we are living in very strange times, so I guess ANYTHING is possible. LOL!

But judging from the titles of the CG files, I would assume it's the repeatable house events with Lucy.

even if the dev says otherwise I don't believe this censorship is because of patreon rules, it doesn't make sense there are many penetration scenes between uncensored m/s in several games with patreon support, I could name many, within this one same game the mc and sarah scene was not censored

I had this problem over and over and over again and nothing fixed it. Turns out, when you first go out to meet Christian, I was going out the back door (because that's what you ALWAYS did in the past) but you're supposed to go out the FRONT door. I guess the triggers are still there or whatever for going out the back door, but the game doesn't know how to resolve them.

No one believes it (at least no one here does). It seems like Beggar is just being an asshole because his work ethic was drawn into question by some of his Patreons.

Honestly I have no clue, I believe a few pages back it was mention that only bug fixes and a few house events but I can be wrong. I have not checked the game. Will only be able to weekend. Sorry I couldn't be of much help

The dude has no idea how much time he got paid on Patreon(almost 7 years)and talks like he's in police interrogation).., just look at the dialogue....the first dude did not even call out the incest...beggar forced the discussion as excuses.
