They are not implemented in the game. Beggar has decided that it is a good idea to remake the characters in that story from scratch. Supposedly it will come with the next update, but seeing how little communication there is don't expect much and you won't be disappointed.

I already stopped paying beggar to get new updates. He is a big liar, he doesn't care about us that give him at least 1 grand per month. But i still wonder, how does he still have more than 800 members!???
