Ok, the bug of the spanish language is again there, i have some part of my game is in spanish. There is a fix for that ? i can't find a solution :/
EDIT : I found a solution, edit your save with RPG maker editor and check the variable "ingles".

After the night carmen at mc house. When i go to the police station the coversation goes in spanish. After that when i go in for an interview nothing hapens. Can you kindly please look through it.

I had the very same situation in 0,96 because the quest wasn't implemented.
I took back my save right in front of police station in 0.97 and the quest is going on.

As the above post by ledej89 says, update your game to v0.97. In v0.96 the quest was not completed and ended at interview. The v0.97 changelog posted said Carmen is completed now, hence you can continue now in v0.97. I hope you not using the cheat mod as it clearly says to not use on any version than the version it was made for i.e. v0.96 atm.

After doing everything withoutcheats now i'm facing another bug whereafter carmen invites me to her house and sex happens it resets tothe quest visit mila until she gets pregnent. I've done this twice. But still he same. I get mila pregnent, carmens family arrives, carmen talks with me in school, i fuck her and again it gets back that visite mila. Also same thing with venessa it says i should go on date with her but i completed those.

I kind of found a way to finish her story. You have to do her quest twice. After 2nd time BJ and Titjob will unlock now if you click on Anal you can do it but once finished you'll be outside her apartment at 13:00 now advance time you'll have vaginal unlocked do that and again you'll be outside her apartment at 13:00 again advance time go inside you'll unlock anal as well. You can fuck her during recess but idk if you can during class hours as in my save it was triggering her quest from the beginning instead. side note Book of faces will still ask you to impregnate Mila doe.
