The dating isn't really a bug, more like a badly executed change. Her phone date got removed but sadly some part of it was left behind (as I got to understand it).
Are you talking about the party threesome for Carol? I was using the cheat mod so I saw it but since it was before I fixed the Carol quest (which I screwed up) I got told that I didn't finish her story and asked if I still wanna see it.

Go to principal office > roof > principal office
You will get a bug where you cant leave roof, just enter vent to the left then exit again. Now you can leave roof

in your phone go to bug fix /character stuck /unlock character/ and try to go again upstairs

damn new problem now after the chinese quest there is a school quest that says go to school but nothing happens i tried defferend ours and days i tried the principal office then roof and again office thing tha sayes in the up comment but still nothing what do i do?? help

keep doing school quests, if you are done with everything else and this problem is still up you need to load up save editor, look for school quest and modify to one less (or more, not sure).

you need to drive sarah in you new house not the old house even if you dont have it its a bug so just go to cheats use teleport house and new you will see the sircle in the street
