I had this problem too. Started again (because I'm insane) and ignored everything not necessary to progress until that point. It worked.
One of the other characters' stories is conflicting with it. Probably Sandra, but I can't say for certain.
Can someone help me with this bug on the first quest of v0.98, the posters quest, the icon to place the sixth poster should be on the first floor but it does not appear

I'm done with her story but it still says this so I just ignore it.
On the other hand if you don't know what to do(as in who Mila is) go to the police station and she is at the upper right side of the building.

I had that option some time ago but as they were not in an optimal format, the weight exceeded the GB, and that was 8 versions ago, now it is more, I no longer saw the sense of uploading it. I may upload them individually for those who like them from now on.

Just search the thread and you would get all the answers you need. She is the philosophy teacher, and you need to have finished Brenda's story for hers, and also download the bugfix a few pages back.
After visiting Jason, he leaves his house and I have to look for him. I don't know where I should go?

i may have to wait until the cheat is update(so i can jump from gang to gang), but can someone confirm if here is a GANG changer( 1st photo). Because i dont have it but in some old Walkthrough it shows an icon(photo 2). Why? there are some bonus scenes with every gang and i wanna see them until i decide what gang i want into.
I've already finished Brenda's class, but the icon of the teacher doesn't appear, so I'm going to her classes several times or I have to do something else?

Right, sorry. To start her story you need to speak to Carol next to the principal's office and hand the posters(that's what you need the bugfix for(not really optional))
I used the cheat mod but that npc wasn't there and right now there is not much gang content anyway.
