Like a lot of y'all I am stuck at not being able to enter Carols home (I am not even trying the Sandra visits since I also get stuck on an image of her), which is necessary for the prom quest. Any fixes out there? /calls into the void

*edit: I also get stuck inside the Gentlemen's club, fyi. But I am able to leave through the bug fix in the cellphone thingy....which I think should be abolished btw...

I used RpgMakerSaveEdit version 0.67
Used the advanced tab and went to switches.
Searched Carol and unchecked switch 1661 Carol BLOQUEADA.

Loaded the save then I was again able to enter the house. Good luck

Searched Carol and unchecked switch 1661 Carol BLOQUEADA.

Loaded the save then I was again able to enter the house. Good luck

You, good person, are amazing! I have been looking for this switch for a while yesterday.

For anyone needing to edit this, I used Notepad++ after pulling the raw text from saveeditonline. The switch in question is on line 1999. I set it to 0. I know its a true/false/null flag, but another save file I had where the door worked had it set to 0, so I went with that.

Not to be rude, but seriously, do I really need to explain this!!.
Bruhhhh it not even your save.

It is Luxrow that quoted me and sent me their save.
How in the blue hell would a complete outsider in this interaction, download someone else save and expect their progress.

Yep and the sad part is it's hard to know the full extent of it. Some bugs are fixable by the ingame bugfixer(not there to fix a "problem that's actually already patched out, but you never know" like most game do), some by a bit of tinkering and a few of them needs an expert's tocuh(that I lack being an amateur).

If you don't have incest enabled the game breaks around that point if I remember right. I used the cheat mod to turn it on but there are other ways I think.

There is no mechanist work in the game anymore. It was cut out and you are merely seeing the remnants. The garage is only there for the races but you are not there yet.
