I think it is the quest i need to do in orther to take rachel to the dinner... or I dunno already... I am stuck on every main quest...

Maybe the cheats mod ruins that mission or the bug fix, I swear nothing happens so I can get out without failing. (Ok honestly, I waited a long time and it didn't move, but magically a client appeared... thank you, sorry for wasting your time, you do a great job. )

The cheat mod CANNOT cause issues like this. You can always uninstall and test yourself before saying stuff like that.
All you had to do was wait, but glad you got it to work now. It no probs man, you not wasting my time

also, have the sex action bar still there, i can play with it but it's a little annoying .

so i used the cheat mod but some how my game diagloge got switched to spanish even thought it started out in english is there a way to fix that or is there a key a pressed that changes it? or is the only fix restarting the file

I have an issue where i started the warren quest where you have to steal the laptop, kept repeating but could never find the laptop. Anyway i let the mission end and just continued figuring there might be some dialouge further along but now i accidently saved over my save and i cant find warren to restart anywhere in his house ? any suggestions?

For Sandra bug the bootleg fix is to save after it's stuck, load your save into an editor, look for the Sandra003 line and delete it from the quotes. Just the Sandra003 part.
There is a bugfix link in the op and that solves the Sarah bug. Also you need to enable incest via save editing or the cheat mod because eventually it will cause a gamebreaking bug.
Carol loop? Do you mean that you didn't accept the paparazzi's offer to have the threesome? That's the only one I know that causes a loop and the only solution I found was to edit the save file. Also her date not working isn't exactly a bug, more like you are witnessing content that wasn't removed surgically like it was supposed to but rather with a hammer.

It will automatically remove if u bang someone like maria, school maid or other character
