The remake story is much better however in my opinion its smoother and less all over the place (but largely unfinished)

Yes, there are some changes in the dialogues and a bunch of all sorts of new images. About the scenes. For example, when MC peeks into the hole in the attic for Laura, he sees how she masturbates. This is a random scene, different from the storyline. I haven't seen her before. The thing is, I'm not a fan of the game enough to endlessly replay it all.

I think so, but you may need to replay it either from a certain stage or from the very beginning. In fact, initially I only played in v.0.8, using the save that came with the game. There in the gallery in the tips to the school character wrote that it is available for further development of the storyline. Not check.
so far i passed the party and the only new things i saw in house is the holes in attic,pics when girls eating/watching tv and shower,nothing outta this world and they took sarah's dances when you give her tinymon cards,they added a bunch crap to take out sarah's dances(dam miss that slap in the butt)
