I solved it by uploading my save file to

You must be registered to see the links

and changed the variable AmyQUEST from 9 to 10.

I've uploaded the save file here so you don't need to do those steps, it's been saved for just after the interaction with Shiela/Marckus/Amy scene.

after you choose mafia no more mafia quests, will check Bon to see when he putting them in, But if I recall he said family first and still have laura to go, then mafia/school and end game
