It was removed from the game. You can still take the course on the phone but that's it.

just visit marckus home at 15 pm and talk to noa, for alison you need to call alison to date in marckus profile.
need help i can't finish this quest all the date for daisy already done, can have 3some with beth allready done, but still cann't finish daisy Q. for Pam, already finish until last achivement, can get 3some with nadine but the q is not done yet.

So there is a tricky thing, you need to agree with Alison during the lunch argument to be able to get the threesome scene with her and Noa. That might be the thing that's missing.
If I remember correctly those are both just visual (I'm sure the Pam one is a definite bug, but I also have the Daisy one too).
Just aquire the cheat mod and teleport everywhere and cut down on a whole lot of unnecessary grinding, but you should be looking for it on the right side of Downtown North with 2 shutters and a door. The left shutter is the entrance.

The guide is outdated and the order of the quests was changed a bit. Carol's date and the work in garage was removed from the game but sadly a little bit was left behind and that's what you are seeing. I dunno about babysitting but the cheat mod allows you to check the scenes.
You can just edit your comment so aren't spamming the threads. Just walk up to Daisy's door and select peep if I remember right, don't remember how to access the mother's scenes.
Read my previous comment and try to remember what you selected at the lunch argument. Also I think it's just a visual bug since it shows after I did all the scenes.
Just a visual bug you are done after the threesome.
