Once incest is on and you use the study icon in room, after progressing in the school quest, the event will trigger. After this, the whiteboard will say to buy it in the mall.

yeah bro the icon to study is straight up not there. incest on or off it just can't be selected.

I found a work around I used rpgmaker save edit and gave myself the black rose item

I'm sure you can get it work as I'm playing on Linux. All you have to do is download nwjs binaries and matching nwjs ffmpeg binaries (with proprietary codecs) for your OS and replace them with original game files. Delete all .dll and .exe files included in the game. And then run nw binary.
