No, patch fix work only in 2.1, if you want to have the new content, just dowload the 2.1 version(4.0Gb) then put the bugfix on it.

How do I trigger this scene? I've done Jack's story, Maria house content, Jack's phone with Sarah distracting him, but that was it, I talked with Maria after Jack molested Sarah and the MC, and nothing more poped out. What else to do?
