this is the "I've read and agree" button. it means, “look, I warned them. if they still played, there's nothing I can do”.
of course, they could all be copying from each other.

Not necessarily copying from one another but, it could be boiler-plate forms like Terms of Service Agreements and End User License Agreements with various names and some other things changed depending on application.
