This is off topic and in regards to your December 1st post.
My suggestion to you is the following:
What you eat really affects how well you feel and are. This also applies to mental health issues.
I would suggest in general that you should really try to avoid sugar and too much carbohydrates. Especially sugar is known to affect mental health negatively.
Avoid eating junk foods and try to eat as much whole foods as you can. Junk foods have a serious affect on your health, both physically and mentally.
And maybe try to look into a Ketogenic Diet. It is not only good for loosing weight but also for improving one's physical and mental health. It usually also provides more stable energy throughout the day and you might be able to avoid the typical afternoon fatigue which one often gets due to eating a standard diet.
Many people feel more energetic on a Ketogenic Diet.
