have to say happy that MNM is back even if not the main one i like the game but if it was a standalone game i would be happier as playing both this week is bugging me with details in them not quite matching up dont get me wrong its stuff that you will not really pick up if u had not played them back to back but now i seen it cant not see it

few things that were bugging me like college in main game and university in the current game and the mc clearly falling for rei and most likely a few others but in main game sabrina telling you about you and anna not finding love before meeting back up sabrinas evolving relationship with the mc in (the beginning) then in MNM that mostly only happening after sophie was born then the mom and dad being apart for a long to in (the beginning) and them talking about leaving mom and dad to move a way
mostly i know i am reading to far in to it and some could be classed as things being simplified due to the way memorys lose details over years

It's not like that, it's more like, he had relationships with girls, but didn't find love like he loved Anna. So basically, he loved them, cared about them girls in college but not just at the same level with Anna, so it wasn't finding that kind of love.
i think thats whats bugging me the most killer7 is known for games were you only get the full story by keeping all girls but the new game seems that you are getting invested in the story of girls that were a big part of your life that sofar you have no future with in MNM ( i know its been said by killer7 they will turn up at some point ) but untill its in MNM its a little bitter to see them cut out

I understand your point of view. I don't think like that because my relationships I had in college shaped me and I won't be the man I am today if I didn't have them, but what you describe is life. Some of my closest friends in high school and college and even my relationships were cut because they move out of town and even out of the country. With no mean to know where they were going (it was before social medias).
I personally don't think it's bitter because that's just college life and life in general, but I understand the point totally.
For me, I really hope we see the girls in the prequel into MNM, but I really hope none of them would be pregnant and see that you have like 7 new adult daughters out of nowhere. Wouldn't make sense for the story and for those who won't be playing the prequel.
i see a way it could work could be a twist were it turns out the mc is in a coma and the MNM sofar is a way of him trying to piece it back together in his head and key information is filtering in from anna and others sitting with him and talking that would account for things not fully lining up like why the girls form the new game not came up or stuff like the family photo missing sarah and lina from the start of MNMSo I expect main game future update will have more children of MC. I guess they can't be all girls right?
I don't mind Killer7 changing some content/dialogue(if needed) in main game so to adjust to the prequel.

I have faith that Killer will connect all the dots between the prequel and MNM. I already have a few guesses on some of the characters. The main one I'm unsure on is Jackie because if she goes to Africa and stuff and reports in after a while, that's fine, but Samantha really fills that role now.
You know that with the MCs Amnesia in the original game I have a perfect starting point to not make it "cut out" though, right? That is basically the perfect excuse. The MC didn't remember them but with Chapter 4, he will and they will get mentioned as well.

People complain about kinetic novels. He's damned either way but at least with the illusion of choice, most just accept it.

I like this LI but not that LI, choice was given so I chose and I'm comfortable with that. However the MC second guessing or other character's saying the choice was somehow wrong in a game with choice is annoying and unnecessary.
I'm glad you support the dev so completely especially with what he's going through but you can't play a game wrong

That might result in a nice plot twist. Rei and Lena are sisters?(especially that the family likes "keeping it in the family").
You never know. But I'm glad that I'm not the only one that saw this compairable look.
I really like the german jokes in the game. The only thing I'm missing are the "lüften" and the "3 times a day bread" jokes.
I'm only curious which country Killer7 is using for the story. All I know it is not Germany, USA, or Japan.
the "cut out" is as the original game stands for now as can only base off the game sofar. the new game starts as backstory for the original game but as you write the story it is going to play a roll in the content going forward in the original as well as the new one so your planed story for MNM has most likely changed from what plan you had from the end of chapter
back to the future comes to mined were the futures of the original game going forward now is effected by how you rewrite the past

Lena and Anna are sisters. Lena and Anna are Rei's Cousins, obviously the game's pretty clear about it.

My thought exactly. Is pretty clear they are related to each other and in this case, by definition even the looks are similar.
