Can't believe they're still stonewalling you by holding all your work for so long. It's been well over two years now right? Is that legal without direct proof? I know we've discussed it here in the past, but it seems like something has to give at some point. It's like seizing someone's car based only on accusations, and holding it until it's over 40 years old and is no longer functional. Meanwhile they have to get a new job and take the bus to get there.
None of it seems lawful or fair to a citizen in any way. They should simply have copied all of your data, and without proof of wrongdoing handed your property back to you. If they find evidence later, then they can follow through with charges.
I'm still boggled by all of it.
