Kytronix just posted the update Patreon post here, Killer7 is the developer. I can see why you thought he was from Norway. Killer7 is from Germany and he is dealing with all this sheet for quite some time now... hope this will end well and he will recover all his stuff back.My error then, profile says Norway. I think I can believe it for Germany though.![]()
Plenty of innocent North American ppl spend many years in prison without evidence of being guilty of a crime too. I actually know a Native who spent I think 10 years in prison for simply fishing in a nearby river of a neighbourhood where a murder took place. Since then, he's spent around 20 years trying to make things right and be heard by the news media, write books, etc.If it was me I would get the hell out of there and go to a country that say,s you innocent until proven guilty
You're right, cleared cache and it had a different display. Weird. Edited my posts, thanks.
It's apparently more common than I thought it would be. They basically use your fingerprints and pictures to see if they can solve older crimes with it. It's not even for the current case, which means if I don't tell my lawyer to put in a request to delete it after my court case is over, they will just keep it forever.Wow, I had no idea Germany's crime investigation was so draconic. Insinuating you "don't commit crimes anymore" is them literally saying "you've been proven to have committed a crime", and are a criminal. I'd take issue with that if I were you, and had never been charged as a criminal.
Best of luck fighting with an authority that doesn't seem to truly value innocent before proven guilty.![]()
To me, it sounds like they're pissed they didn't get anything this time so they're trying to tie you to anything they think they can, trying to hit some kind of quota or something. It's apparently more common than I thought it would be. No, I think you have a good point there. Since they can't get their hand on the main person that framed me ( since he is in thailand ) they are doing their best to get some kind of "win", even if it means portraying me as some kind of monster. Today was more stressful than I thought it would be and I'm sujper sleep deprived, so I'll try to make a post on wednesday where I talk about how I feel treated by the german law system since almost a year.To me, it sounds like they're pissed they didn't get anything this time so they're trying to tie you to anything they think they can, trying to hit some kind of quota or something.
If it was me, I'd ask the lawyer what the earliest time frame you can submit that request is, while being able to prevent any kind of suspicion, then show up bright and early on that day to shove the paperwork down their throat. Though I may be a little biased, my dad was a cop in the US and an overall good guy, so the treatment you got really irks me. I'm glad it's mostly resolved.

Yeah... Nothing new. Though there is something I want to ask my lawyer, but he's currently sick so can't respond to my emails. Kind of a desperate plea to get my shit back, I guess.Killer7
Any news on the Drives?
Still just in limbo?
Still not wanting to say much as the Popo are all up in your grill?
Sometimes law enforcement (I only speak to what I know from the USA) is like a dog with a bone.Yeah... Nothing new. Though there is something I want to ask my lawyer, but he's currently sick so can't respond to my emails. Kind of a desperate plea to get my shit back, I guess.
like everywhere, they need statistics that they are actually doing anything, too bad they mess with innocent ppl at the same time.Sometimes law enforcement (I only speak to what I know from the USA) is like a dog with a bone.
We recently had 2 different cases where concrete science showed innocent people were in prison but despite that and a judge in each case ruling they should go free - we had LEOs and other judges and prison wardens all fighting to keep them in prison. Like they refuse to accept being wrong as opposed to being happy to have truth.
Just my 2 cents
In the land of the free you can be arrested for PDA. (Public Display of Affection) Go figure...In the land of the free you can be arrested for resisting arrest (without any other reason).
I don't understand it a bit. The disks were supposed to be evidence in a court case. The case took place. The verdict has been passed. Evidence should either be confiscated by court order or returned. The police don't need them. Isn't this already a violation of the law?Yeah... Nothing new.
