This game has some really good writing, despite the somewhat excessive porn logic
I'm really concerned about Anna though, and I'll be royally pissed if she ends up dying. It seems like she knows she's dead, and is just trying to ease the MC into acceptance. There are two lines that made me think that.
First, this bit where she says "are" referring to the MC, but "were" referring to herself:
Then there is this, implying that the kids have already lost their mother. The MC quickly reacts to that, but Anna is once again non-committal and cryptic.
I really hope I'm wrong about this

dialed up to 11. If everyone just sat down and talked about stuff they already know, almost all the drama and unknowns in the game would be immediately resolved. Sabrina? Solved. Lena? Solved. Jessica? Solved.Then we would only be left with the whodunnit, which would be a proper mystery to focus on

K7 has already confirmed that he's not killing off Anna, so don't worry too much.
I mean, there's no guarantee that she'll ever wake up, but she's not gonna die at least (so long as K7's not lying to us, which I hope he isn't).
Killer7 wouldn't lie to us. He could and we'd likely fall for it. Haha but he's prove time and time again he's worth the trust.
So no Anna is not going to die or be killed off. I forget if he confirmed her waking up or not as well. Though at very least she will NOT die. I think everyone was worried about that until he confirmed it is not true.

Well, that's kinda good news I suppose, but in my mind there isn't much of a difference between not waking up and dying here. I really hope we get to see her alive and well, at home with the others...

Feels like a final scene thing. We see the family through her eyes... all the girls pregnant or holding young babies. MC holding her hand telling her how much he loves her and that he followed her guidance to grow their family. She takes a moment to absorb the scene... and yells, "You did what to my babies?!"
Cue the Benny Hill music as she chases him around the hospital.

I expect Killer7 wanted her to retain a bit more of an androgynous look.
