I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried redownloading every time I launch the game to start I get a UI bug where I cant see anything. The only fix i saw was to remove the _ from the clock.png but mine doesn't have an _. Any fixes?

Move your mouse over the bottom middle of the screen and they should pop up
UI is not there, it doesn't exist, only the map, day/night cycle, and phone are the only ones there.

Yes that is the normal state of the games UI. The room menus act as a pop up by moving your mouse over the bottom of the screen, i answered this just about an hour ago in the very comment above yours. Does it not pop up for you?
I have the same problem and hovering the mouse over the bottom doesn't do anything. I tried it on fullscreen and windowed, with each of the change of UI size. Tried navigating with the keyboard even and nothing. The only change I did to to the files was adding the ipatch.
Edit: Just noted the bugfix on the 1st page. That made it work but it fixed the UI to the bottom, not a complaint.

My main issue with this game is that you can do so many events seemingly out of order, a bunch of them mention characters or events I haven't seen or shows a character at a transformation level they haven't reached. I don't like that so many sandbox games just let this happen, I mean... I get it, creating a fuckton of dependencies can't be fun but that makes me wonder why it's set up this way if they're not going to make sure it makes sense?

im stuck in phone screen. im pressing exit button but its looping characters is there a fix for it i can press anything and cant close it

at this point I have to ask, did you read any of the previous 2 pages of this thread before posting? because I dont think you did or else you would have seen the 20 or so post pointing EVERYONE to the bugfix for the UI.
