I used the phone fix patch and now I get this error when I try changing to the second phone page

Looks like you are playing v1.70, while the latest version of the game is v1.75 and any patch(es) need to match. Exception is the i-patch which front page says v1.65 but also works for v1.75.

Kat: just follow the story, there is no path other than 'sub'
Maria: every interaction with her has a clear choice 1) "Talk to Maria (Love route)" and 2) "Talk to Maria (Submission Route)"
-> choose the 'sub' choice at least 5 times to raise her hidden sub score from 0 to 5
-> After Kat is Corruption Stage 4 you will have a warning icon pop up on the right-hand side of the screen in your room Late Afternoon
-> Choose the option "Maria's submission path"

Latest release is v1.75. Not seeing a notice on date for next update. In the past they usually will give an estimate about 1-2 weeks out from release, even if later there are delays like with this latest v1.75 that got delayed a few weeks due to dev illness. Put together a list of past update release times, if current progress tracks, looks like we may be hearing some news sometime soon:

I am in need of some advice, once I got Jean's affection to 10 to initiate the next part of Mira + Jean's corruption stage the game gets an error whenever I try to go to the company. I think i'm missing a file? But not sure where to obtain it to place in the image/office folder

Seems you were correct. I was able to reproduce the error if I removed the file (office_events.rpy) that contained the Mira/Jean event you were triggering.

.hi, when i play on joiplay, it skips the H scene, is there any way for me to not skip the H scene?

Seen some comments in the past with similar joiplay issues with animations. Unclear on a single fix, some mentioned specific versions or simply updating to most recent version of joiplay, another mentioned turning off hardware acceleration in the settings. Can search the thread for more info.
Also, there was an updated v1.75 Android port posted recently.
I am still wondering if there is a fix that addresses the dialogue box, which can't be switched on and off with H in the usual way. Thanks!

Only recall seeing 1 other person saying they had that kind of trouble with this game, and I've never had the problem with any version/update while playing. Both the standard h key and middle mouse button can show/hide the dialogue box without issue, including on a fresh install of the latest v1.75 version. There have been several game crashing issues in the past, wondering if one affected your save. Have you tried starting a new game to see if the problem persists?
If after trying that nothing else is working, you could also try to explicitly add a plain 'h' (and 'shift' version) to the keymapping like I've seen it in other games:
