Usually into the incestious cohabilitation games but this one had the right kind of funny/dumb story to be enjoyabl for me.
Considering he made a progress post including game images 21 days ago, then a couple more game images plus higher-tier supporter goodies a week later...no. New chapters might not be as frequent as you'd like, but definitely not abandoned.

He has an artist's sensibility, he's not going to release content until he's satisfied with it and is unwilling to collaborate with someone else on HIS work unless it's agreed to from the beginning. I know several professional artists and they're all like that.
I'm willing to wait because his work is so good. I might feel otherwise if the quality wasn't as high.

let me get this straight.
you're suggesting the dev spend time and money getting assistants to then speed up the patch cycle and how long the game will take to finish and reduce how much money he'll make from it, instead of not doing anything and keep milking it for as long as he can?

Presumably it's somehow Pigs vs Wolfs (or possibly Wolfs vs Humans and then Pigs coming in?)? MC says humans got "scattered around". Doggy explains her existence by saying they evolved because some wolf decided to live with humans, profiting off their infrastructure, so there must have been a human kingdom of some kind at some point? Which then got destroyed, perhaps, or is just elsewhere ... ?

The way the chart is set up, most of the time consuming parts are done with just a few having a decent amount of progress. Meanwhile most of the least time consuming tasks are barely worked on but they are called "least time consuming" for a reason. All in all it looks like about 60% of the work is done, give or take. I'd say its easily 2 months until the next update maybe 3 if the coding help they are waiting on has issues. The sound section might look bad because its all red but it will take a week or so at most and its probably last for that reason.
Tasks in graphs are separated in branches by how difficult or time consuming they are in a scale of order of magnitude, a red in the top could mean a month of work meanwhile a red in the bottom could mean 1-2 days of work.

It's rare to see an artist make the leap to games and be committed to the coding. When this game is finished It'll be one of the greats.
