The 2 errors are caused by the same file, which is choice.rpy. If you have used the scrappy mod, do a new download of it or if you are sure the one you have is not corrupted, make a new extraction. You can check by yourself if it's good by opening it with notepad and search "screen endchoices".

Last time I checked the Ipatch on the Mod page is the only one that works with the Steam version. The actual mod will break the Steam version though, so only use the patch.

well then steam version differs from this and mod won't be made compatible since modder doesn't have steam version. steam might give evil eye to dev due 3rd party ic-patch.
