There's no pregnancy tag or even mentioned to be implemented in the future.
Was wondering the same thing, I see a option for Barb in V10, but I have access to it on the lust route.

I don't know how many people works in this game, but if the dev is alone he should team up with a good writer. Renders are amazing given the short time between updates which is impressive
