I totally agree. This story line came out of fucking left field and makes no sense. It doesn't go with the flow of the story. I kinda didn't like it at all and made me want to end the Natasha content. I really hope the developer looks at that in the future because it was a horrendous decision.

Yep, I agree also. Too much content is missing prior to the video conference to make sense and make decisions on Natasha's path.
Update: Appears to be fixed with v0.24.5.

Patch needs updated still. It's been multiple game updates now and it's still not been updated. Don't know who's actually responsible for the patch, and nor do I care at this point, but I'm cancelling my Patreon subscription until I see a track record of it getting back to being consistently updated.

Honestly, I don't want to play the game when the MC is referring to his mother as his father's ex-girlfriend, and your mother referring to the MC as her ex-boyfriend's son.

The patch has the intended script and relationships for the characters. Without it the story isn't the same and it just feels like censored crap that has been edited to fit Patreon rules.

No, it wasn't. Both 0.24 and 0.24.5 didn't have it updated. I said it needed to be updated with 0.24 when I saw dialogue issues.

I just checked again and the patch does appear to be updated today at some point after I made the second post, but I already deleted the update and I'm not going to re-download it. If everything is good next update then I'll resub again. I've been subbed to this creator since July 2020, and it's one of my favorite games, but I really don't have interest in playing this game without a patch.
