In the i-patch there is a bug in Line108
There is "..." indicated with "They're cousins".
Results in such funny scenes->

Ok, I probably should have written the solution to the problem directly here, so I've made up for it now.

Open the ipatch.rpy file with an editor (for example Notepad) go to line 108 and delete it.
Save the file and "They're Cousins!" is history.
