The game is great, personally I hate NTR, but still enjoyed it because the scenes are so hot. I will follow your future games if they are non-NTR (for example just as a female protag who gets raped instead without the male).
Also big +1 to add pregnancy.
Imo, the gameplay is fine the way you put them in the game. Sure, you can make it a little deeper, but it's a H-game, it doesn't have to be more than what it's now. Even worse, ultimately you always want the player to lose due to the nature of this game so I'm afraid it could backfire if you give the player too many tools. I agree though that having a pure ending just out of principle would be nice, but I'd much rather have the game be unfair and nearly un-winnable than risk the game becoming too easy.
