I'm not sure how to help you. You are the first to report this. Standard reply would be to update drivers, etc.

Issue still persists on the new version you posted. Since I got all the redistributable packs, latest W10 update and I can generally run games that are a lot more demanding (including emulators), I really have no idea what it could be. In the past, it happened extremely rarely only with a few unknown hentai games by small japanese devs. It may have to do with graphics, if I have to take a wild guess.
