Game has a real sandbox feeling. Your saves are limited, and so are the monsters you kill. You're heavily encouraged to kill every monster in the area for resources, buy what you need, proceed to the next area, then save when you have a good stopping point. Every area also has a boss you can defeat once you kill every monster in it. Game is grindy from start to end but does get easier over time. Have multiple saves to avoid hardlocking yourself.

From the comments, I thought the endings would be depressing or something, and all that talk about depth and stuff But it's really not. The blue and red endings are the most basic I could ever think off, but I think I had my imagination wilding due to reading the comments first, and most of you went in blind with no expectations. I was really disappointed by how short the endings are its more of a flash-forward than anything

Here are my saves, files 10-16 leads to potential endings. I forgot the exact order, but I think that's all of them according to the list. Feel free to explore~
I I guess my game is broken or the endings don't work with the debug mode all I can do is 4

This is a hit-or-miss game from Takamakuran. The guy's other games are leagues better than this one. This game's art is good and fascinating to look at for the stylistic sketch design, but the story is barebones up until toward the very end. Then it gets frustrating by tedious design when you're gunning for all the endings without a guide. Without the debug tool, you'd have to start over again and again.

yes, it seems very experiment-y, witness a developer learning.
and I agree with the art being splendid, and later content even is animation here or there.

Talk to every red person, one of them gives an equipment.

I recommend NOT killing all the monsters, let at least one low-level one live - you can use fights with low-level ones to recover (tedious, gets better with more max-HP). In particular in the map with the cave entrance (end of western area), there are two red slimes which do not count towards "all-enemies-of-area-defeated".
Once you are strong enough to recover on those red slimes, you can kill all the slimes in starting region, it advances the game somehow (do not remember how exactly)

you can spend your money, unless you want to buy the bomb (another ending), but unlike earlier versions (?) you now can still buy some things and the bomb (not sure how much exactly you may spend)
you can play without buying, at least when you take the monstergirls as companions (with above method of recovery).

after the start area, head west. everything else was too tough iirc.

after a while, you'll get the hang. it is all about experimenting/ finding things out.

and you do not HAVE to find all endings.
For some of them you have to
You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
and I for one do not feel like doing that. so not ALL endings for me, I am fine.

The game has a certain spirit and uniqueness that makes you curious to explore and figure out what this world is all about. It definitely could have used more polish and had the potential to be great, but it seems the developer was limited. I'd say it's worth playing.
with The debug removes needless repetition and all

To be fair this was his first game. It's still got it's own little charm to it but it IS pretty hit-or-miss like you said. It still keeps to the theme of having the red-eyed dark alien things be the big antagonist behind the scenes. Almost feels like a soft prequel to New Game in that regard.

I don't blame people for asking if any of his three games are set in the same universe. There's definitely some callbacks.

Thanks for the tips Goeffel

i couldnt do the slime things bc i already killed the anti and killer types

My journey for the moment had been kill the slimes -> kill the birds -> kill big slime -> kill spiders -> kill big bird

I recruited the slime, bird, spider and gorilla girl (dont get why this last one begin at level 1)

A weird city had appear but i still dont know who are the red guys and what is that tower except that it come from space

Will keep updating u if u want

The one thing I really want to figure out is how to use these machines + as well as the restoration one the game is hard as it is so I want to use what I can and not resort to the debug mode

the restoration one is small % of max HP restore each battle turn, that's what I wrote about above. It can also be equipped by monster girls.
So, wear it, battle smallest fry enemy, but only defend. Once character is healed, abort battle, switch restoration machine to other character, repeat.
Iirc. one/ some character(s) has(have) natural restoration, they do not need the machine.
As said, is tedious.

The other machines ... I think I ultimately had it figured out, but I no longer remember. well, it is late night, maybe memory will restore with some sleep.

vaporeon12211 - with red guys I meant those in the beginning area, the "hello, friend" ones.
one of them gives one of these "machines"

------------

I really should re/on-play this these days, but am so busy with other game ...
