That is the current, past and literal definition of nymphomaniac/mania assigned to it in the late 1820s. Yes that is nymphomania, I meant the definition within this story which has become something else, the writing in game says she has no control over who she shags and when she does it, implying that it's a sex addiction and she defo a ho. Contradicting herself later and saying I've no idea why he thought I'd be an easy lay. Far too suspicious.
And yeah, that was the part that really got me. That just straight up put me off the whole thing, no way I'm even reading the rest of a story if I know that's in it somewhere, even skipped. Don't get me wrong, I love a bit of lady juice, I'm even ok with trans BJ scenes but erm no thanks I don't wanna eat my own produce, ever.
Excellent story. The language is a bit strange but overall, I have really enjoyed the way it has unfolded. Keep up the good work.

This is how many so far 3 chapters and we are on part two of Chapter 3 and we do not know how many we will end with besides the dev.
If you're asking how much content it has, my answer is a hell-of-a-lot more than I expected.

Updated my Android port of My Real Desire Chapter 3 Episode 2 Part 2 with Shaddy's multi-mod.
Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left for history and swipe right to skip.
Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the port and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

Only played the first few episodes so far but wondering to avoid li's do I need to intentionally not gain points or just turn them down at sex scenes and collect points for friendship/story arc? Just turn them away at the beginning when given the choice and late game you won't get the story arcs but once on a path I think most you can do is just skip certain sex scenes.
As for Elaine, yes her storyline was cleaned up and made playable once again as the NTR rubbish was removed. Her storyline is somewhat brief and a bit silly/amateurish but quite obviously still better than before so I can't really complain a lot.

Let me help, with this! (and I am English as a second language).
- Li had a history of being raped years in the past, (its Yawn x 2000, but that's what the dev went with)
- The perpetrator of that rape stopped when he moved overseas to attend to his rich family's business interests, a couple of years ago. Since then Li has been somewhat shocked over the traumatic change from extreme (being raped/blackmailed consistently) to 'normal'.
- This dramatic change caused her to flail in terms of romance and sexual activeness as she adjusted to her new 'normal' and learned what it meant to NOT BE in the abusive/blackmail situation
- She is finally starting to normalize, in the sense that she feels ready to become emotionally available, when she meets the MC and is starting to develop some base feelings for MC beyond the lust/sexual release that had been prevalent in her life previously.
- At this point, the Rich Rapest (who had spent several years away), has recently returned to the city and seeing the girl on the street (by random chance, or by intentionally trying to find his favorite 'toy'), the rarest tries to coerce the Li to go with him so they can resume the 'old blackmail'.
- Li, shocked and unsure of how to deal with what she sees as the return of a trauma she thought past, is stunned and in a stupor. Such that she doesn't fight back, and is led along.
- MC, jumps in, causing Li to have a crisis moment where she must choose to finally free herself mentally, or become chained by her past.
- With the MC as her emotional support she breaks out of her 'mind trap' and fights back, declaring "Never again!" which is a kick and punch.
- Her and the MC defeat the Rich Rapest, and are drawn closer by the event, which strengthens their bond and helps form a real loving connection as opposed to a causal romantic one.

It seems like the Dev is trying to find the exact line of "what is ntr/ish/acceptable" and what crosses that line.
