Yes, it is the latest version.
Afaik the dev has health issues, so the update is delayed for now.
EDIT: Nevermind. There were no signs of life for 4 days, but half an hour after I made this post Lyk just wrote a message. Update is uploading and patrons are getting it tonight. If he is trying to keep the schedule despite missing the first 2 dates, then public release should be in 3 days.

if you was android user i believe that ep3 part 2 is not up to date the new release is ep 3 full

Idk guessing not since early in it you get the message "there a sex scene with mila but in current version you can't reject her but you can skip it for now"
not sure how this is the "full" ep 3 if scenes aren't fully done yet...
