If you have v0.5, just copy patch.rpy and patch.rpyc from its game file and paste it into v0.6's game file, overwriting the existing files. Worked for me.

P.S. Thanks for the Subway hint to Cafe Whatever. Walk halfway across town to the east just to go all the way to the west and north
