Incest used to be in the planned tags, but was deleted for some reason. That said, you choose relationships at the start and it makes perfect sense if you choose familial ones; didn't notice any oddness in the dialogue/story. Still, not sure why the dev is keeping that title if they're trying to avoid Patreon's wrath.
