Lifeless is the perfect word. There's no effort put into their faces, expressions, or even poses. It's like taking an action figure and just moving their limbs around for a snapshot. Raising arms, bending waists, shoving body parts against body parts to signify kissing or groping. Mechanical rather than artistic. And their last game was exactly the same.
The open relationship route for Angie won't be available at least until e01v0.8 (or later).
It's a bit too early to tell, honestly. So far it seems like both are possible, you can choose options for the MC to be aroused seeing his GF with other guys and while spying on some girls, so that seems to be hinting at a consensual sharing route. MC does give off beta vibes, though, dunno how it'll turn out in the end.

There's nothing passionate about these games. You dont need to have resources to be passionate - and the fact that this dev clearly has a sufficiently large library of assets makes criticism more valid, not less. Facial expressions with nothing but the mouth open morph are not passionate. Transition images with nothing but a slight head angle twist aren't passionate design.
I'm just suggesting the dev could be doing this as a hobby. I could very much be wrong, but assuming or accusing the dev (or anyone) for something without proper reason is terrible.
