In my humble opinion, I'd take a shitty story with great character over a great story with shitty characters (not that the story is bad). Ultimately it's hard to care for the story if you as a reader have no connections or stakes in the story. If the story is bad at least you can have fun moments with the characters.Give up bro, the dude is being irrational and already borderline toxic so I'll just talk to you instead. He's engaging the conversation with hypotheticals already, even hating content that's not even there because of a minimal possibility. Also calling for imaginary backup, "most of us" when there's only one or two people liking/backing his claim. He'll learn that Dice is one of the most popular character in MTWY if he actually goes outside his bubble.
I just ELABORATELY gave the best reason why Dice's story is critical to the plot but all he said was "remove it, it will make sense" then add literally nothing nor explanation to support his statement. Guess we just take it at face value.
Perfect gif, given the full context.
Mtwy's cast is one of the best and is a major driving force of this game. I shudder to think just how bland or generic the story would be with just MC. Okay fine he hates dice, goodnight.
If you set your Personal Search Preferences to 'Most recent', when you search for stuff it will be easier to find what ya need.new here., any compressed ver. for this game? tnx

This one came out last year, so not sure if the links even work anymore. But they are here:

I might just like that because it would still be about MC and not about dice alone finding sluts to fuck or trying to impress his new girl who is not as easy as the girls he had in the past. There should be more Dice. In fact, give Dice a whole offscreen chapter with the MC getting up to some shenanigans.
Dead game, EO's fault.About how regularly does this game update?
3-5 months and the next public release after this one will be an offscreen chapter which doesn't really do much in continuing the story so...About how regularly does this game update?
Chapter | Public Release (Patreon post) | Months to next release rounded to .1 |

While they were individual updates, chapters 25 and 26 are both 2-3 chapters long and even disregarding the length, chapter 26 is basically 3 chapters put together. If we're going by all the public releases, there was an offscreen update and a rerendered update. They're not main story updates but they were updates nonetheless. That could bring down the average but the upcoming chapter 27 release should also raise it.I got curious with the two different statements (1-2 months and 3-5 months per update) so I took a look at the patreon public releases of chapters 8 - 26 to get some reliable numbers. Note I did not include ch. 27 since we do not know how long until it's publicly release.
Please note that this table does exclude a whole lot of important information like Update length, book ending/beginning chapter and other impact factors on development time.
This is neither an accusation nor a defense but a testament to me liking tables!
Short answer: The average is 1,97 months per update. The median, however, is 1,1 .
Here are the numbers in a table:
Chapter Public Release (Patreon post) Months to next release rounded to .1 Chapter 8 31.01.2022 0,8Chapter 9 25.02.2022 1,2Chapter 10 01.04.2022 1Chapter 11 01.05.2022 1,1Chapter 12 04.06.2022 0,7Chapter 13 24.06.2022 1Chapter 14 24.07.2022 1,1Chapter 15 25.08.2022 0,8Chapter 16 17.09.2022 1,1Chapter 17 21.10.2022 1,1Chapter 18 24.11.2022 1Chapter 19 25.12.2022 3Chapter 20 26.03.2023 2,8Chapter 21 17.06.2023 2,2Chapter 22 22.08.2023 2,7Chapter 23 12.11.2023 1,1Chapter 24 14.12.2023 6,1Chapter 25 15.06.2024 6,6
Note: I did not figure out how to change the column width.
For completeness:
The time from exclusive release of Chapter 26 to 27 was 5.4 months. This would not change the median but the average to 2.15 months per update.

I also like tables.
