oh that's awesome I was just thinking the other day how I forgot to finish playing it when the first version came out. So I was thinking of waiting for the next update to play it lol.

Realistically, I think I'll be able to release each update every 9 to 12 weeks (2 to 3 months), but that also depends on the complexity of the chapter (script, images, code, and dialogue)
The difference in complexity between Chapter 01 and Chapter 03 is significant, and you’ll notice it easily
Even so, I’d say Chapter 03 was an exception and took way longer than it should have, but I plan to do things differently for Chapter 04 to produce and deliver it faster

The detail on your characters are second to none. I don't say this to hype you up, or to belittle other hard working devs as all of us work hard. That being said I say it to show appreciation for your attention to detail. For example the detail of the the water, and how it beads up on her body. I really can't wait for the next chapter to see how MC gets teased.

Technically speaking, it’s much longer. Right now it has more than twice the number of images, and I think it’ll end up with around 7500~8000 lines of code, compared to Chapter 2’s 5500. But a lot of the images are just variations of the same scene (each character has several separate reactions), and more lines of code doesn’t necessarily mean longer gameplay
In the end, playtime will vary from player to player, but I’m 95% sure it’ll last longer than Chapter 2, and it’ll probably have the same length as Chapters 1 and 2 combined

I really like the FMC in this game. She looks as if she could be the sweetest, most loyal gf you could possibly want, while also looking like she's always plotting something... a contradiction that makes her an intriguing character.

For my experience Chapter 3 was really really good. I tend to go through VN's faster than others and noticed it felt a bit longer than Chapter 2, but nothing tremendous. Despite that, there was a good bit of plot advancement, in terms of Ana learning about what MC is in to, and as great as Chapter 3 was, I think Chapter 4 is set up to have some amazing stuff happen.
Would definitely recommend supporting the dev if you can, I took advantage of the promotion to do so and have no regrets.

Oh no, no. The chapter is complete and fully playable! It's just that some features require me to dig deeper into the code and game files to implement, and extra polish usually comes from public feedback
Another thing I still want to add to this chapter is more sound effects, especially towards the end. But surprisingly, some of them take quite a bit of time to produce

Right now, my goal for Chapter 04 is to make it much shorter and release it in less time
Chapter 03 ended up being way longer than planned because I had to stretch the truth or dare scene a lot to make the story work
Chapter 04, on the other hand, will focus heavily on one specific event... kind of like Chapter 1, I think
