Sandbox is just annoying, hope the dev never do that.

I didn't even comment on that because I thought the idea was kind of... 'illogical'. It's like telling an 18 year old Cristiano Ronaldo that he should play volleyball, because it's not that different from soccer

But aside from that, sandbox or free-roam games usually mess up a lot anyway. I generally find those games kind of boring because they end up having excessive and annoying tasks, or they take too long to go from A to B

But they do have way more gameplay potential than regular Ren'Py visual novels

For the next chapter it would be really interesting to have some kind of free roam, but it's complicated

Looks interesting, but do have a question, will our character get to have some fun too with the other girls. Even bring them into some group sex/threesomes with our main girl. Or will it just be Ana getting the fun. I hope its the former, cause I want to have some fun with these other beauties too. Also hope for some ass licking and lesbian fun.

Edit: Also dev, seen Hellen kinks are domination, does that mean she may possible have some femdom on us, or will it just be directed towards Ana domming her. Would be totally down for her to dom us, please.

This dynamic will stay until the end of the game. MC will have the opportunity to go through certain situations, yes, but the focus will never be him with another girl (different from Shadows of Ambition, My New Girlfriend, and Moonripple Lake, for example)

I know it's vague, but it's hard to talk about this without giving spoilers of what's going to happen

to be fair it has swinging in the tags. if they dont the tag should be removed

Staying without the Netorare and Swinging tags for this kind of game is complicated, haha!
I think the mods keep changing the tags here, and I was never able to keep the Netorare tag consistently

Sandbox is great actually.

But most games with that tag actually mislabeled tedium simulators which is why it has its reputation.

Devs, if you are seeing this, if you tagyour game sandbox then give them 'freedom' and not useless quests that get in the way.

There's this thing called build up and pay off. If you really want quick nts then go look for it elsewhere because part of what makes nts so good (at least imo) is the build up of the teasing, relationship etc. before actual stuff happens. If there isn't any it'll rarely feel as good (again, imo) Would you be satisfied if a game started and the wife is instantly on anyone and everyones dick?

Huge congrats to the Dev for getting to the milestone. I like that he decided to rework the "moving" background images and actually made everything more solid/fleshed out.
Glad to see improvements. Sad to know that this will be a kinetic novel, but hey, can't complain too much.

I guess we'll see where it goes. I like what's been happening with this one so far, and I really like that we have moving images. Static ones are far less sexy and interesting, and I generally avoid playing games that are entirely still pictures these days. Free roam and sandbox elements are HIGHLY beneficial for me too. The more control over the pacing that I have, and the ability to choose what I do next, the better. Even if it all leads to the same end result.

Your experience with sandboxes might have been like that, but a good sandbox doesn't even need to contain routines. A linear VN game is just focused on self-indulgence. I feel that a basic sandbox component would provide more immersion and content. There are very good examples on this forum of how to make a good sandbox, and it wouldn't be focused on changing what's already there either; it can perfectly well be a linear sandbox with repeatable events.

Ignore that guy. This game does not need a sandbox. Would do more harm then good for this type of story. Most games that use sandbox, do so for no reason and feel gimmicky and they are more of a hindurance then anything.

Obviously, every developer should do what they wish with their own game, and not be bullied one way or the other.

That said, I feel that sandbox elements add a LOT to how much I enjoy a game if done well. Being able to choose where I go and who I interact with next makes the whole experience a lot better in any game. It certainly doesn't need to be a RPGM format that a lot of people associate with the word. Just a simple map where I can click to go to see that place or that person next. Even if there is absolutely zero change in the story outcome at all, I still like that, as it helps me mentally break it all up.
