The dev says that he redesigned Lena because she "lacked more sensuality", which I understand that it's not much a hard-on to see, but it's also an overkill considering it's the subtlety and simplicity that make things enticing in a slow-burn sort of way.
Like, an apron and a shirt, without any underwear. You do the math.
I don't need to see nipples in every scene, but just a little teasing, hints, and a little imagination can make even the least subtle plot just a bit more erotic before the fucking inevitably appears without being so slow-burn that 90% of the games are just groping.

I disagree on the lack of sensuality, an outfit that is fully covered up can be far more sensual than slut "clothes" as it increases the anticipation while you wait for it to fly off. I'd even go as far to argue that her redesign is not sensual in the slightest, it's crass more than anything.

It's very good. For an RPG, it doesn't have tons of boring dialogue, it doesn't require you to go around in circles, and it has plenty of content. It's a shame they abandoned it.
I didn't like that it was too fast-paced and that the sisters were whores. It would have been better if Grandpa had corrupted them.
Well, the more boring dialogues an RPG has, the more successful it will be, like the Globins RPG, little content and super slow, and it's a success.
