I believe that NTR stories have their own unique appeal. Here, I think the developers wanted to explore the extreme of an obsessed girl being robbed, or acting like a slut to secure her relationship.
The boyfriend being inert in the face of her is a way to complement this.

However, I completely agree, for me it's not that much fun to see the girl being robbed if the boyfriend doesn't seem to care much about it, or even puts her on the back burner.
yo i have yet to play the game cause there's no traslation, but i have to ask, is her boyfriend using her? wtf? like in the new update?
he seemed like a normal guy in first half

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to get the key to the operating room. I'm also curious to know where and how to find the passwords for the hospital director's office door and the one for the box (the checkmark in the left-hand corner of the director's office). Thanks

Not really (or at least I didn't take it that way), he's just more focused on solving the conspiracy than worrying about Sana and thinks she'll be able to deal with whatever happens in the meantime.

Director's office door code:
  • Reach chapter 7 (I think? March 17th and later).
  • Talk with Matsunaga in school warehouse (4th floor).
  • Seduce him.
  • Ask about director's office.

Operation room key:
  • Talk to the janitor on school rooftop.
  • Buy cake.
  • Talk to the girls standing near the 4th floor stairs at school.

you know hes not completely wrong, as we've seen how sana avoides the tragedies if we want her to avoid them, so XD
and thank god cause that would be a turn off to see him use sana

I finally took the time to unlock all of the remaining scenes in the game so it's time to post the full save. Well, almost full since it doesn't have all of Sana's journal entries but the scenes are all there.

There are two files in the zip - game save (slot 1, start of the game, virgin) and system (has info about completing true end and unlocks the developer room). Extract both of them to the "Save_MTool" folder to have the whole package or use just the game save for scene unlocks.

I tested it with a fresh copy of the game but let me know if something is borked.

can the manager at the restaurant do anything more than just touch her butt? just curious, since even that event only is 1 time during a lot of orders.. I would think he would do it a few times, but he doesn't

perhaps we all have a different perspective on what 'using' means.. if you ask simply if he is 'using' her, the answer is absolutely.. yes.

but it can also be seen that he isn't 'using' her as a throw away item.. BUT.. it also can be seen that he doesn't really care if she actually falls, since he is more focused on his and his dad's situation plus other interfering parties involved..
he feels guilt, but doesn't actually stop anything or help her really.. and he uses her in bad situations where she might get raped or whatever else bad stuff that could happen, so that he can gauge more of his and his father's situation and the other parties involved.. he wants to see what the other parties angles are and know more..
(if you don't understand what i mean.. the conversation between him and yokoi shows his character pretty well and it's early in the story, like day 4 maybe..
he says she can probably handle it.. and yokoi says: yeah, but she's still a girl you know? he ignores it and changes the topic on purpose to something like: I need all the information I can get.. which implies very heavily in the way he says it that she is on her own and will just have to deal with it since he needs to understand and know more.. ) this conversation is done in the beach(forest path)

his so called 'trust' in her, is just an afterthought.. it's sad, but like the other person said, she is obsessed, and he isn't..
he is solely focused on his situation and uses anything to further his goals.. including her

he is very scheming actually, perhaps as much or more than the main girl character.. but his schemes aren't to get her or keep her at all..
her schemes are all toward getting and keeping him.

both are srsly twisted, but I still like her since she is just simply a yandere(it's a pure existence in a certain way, but still insane in obsession ).. whereas he is just a sneaky scheming person. (yokoi might be the only character that is a good character..it's sad that i don't really like the way her character is done though)

also, the game ending where she gets with the guy she likes is all on her, so if she wasn't as yandere as she is, you can clearly see that an ending together would never happen.. he is lucky she isn't the murdering type of yandere, otherwise he might even die.. unless that's an ending also..? but i doubt it

You need to do the kissing event with Norio (the orange wearing guy in the city centre) and interact with the heart icon in the middle of the road - this gets caught on photo, giving various people blackmail material and unlocking new scenes.

It looks like your save got corrupted somehow? I tried opening in 2.02, both JP and MTool versions - the former throws an error (a useless one unfortunately), the latter just freezes when getting to the save slot on the loading screen. Same with 1.05 (checked it just in case).

Did you complete all of the tragedy avoidance tasks? If so, how is your sanity level?
welp, starting from scratch i guess lmao

edit: started from scratch and still same problem, now whenever the credits roll and tells me the game will continue in the skepticism chapter it just closes

i see your point, i played the first half of the game a while ago and havent still played the dlc yet, im waiting for a translation, so i may be wrong but, from what i remember, he actually cared about sana, there were a couple of scenes, when they hung out or when he wanted to ask a favor from her that you could clearly see that he do cares, but maybe a bit dumb and a blind faith in sana.
as i said i may be wrong but well, everyone has different perspectives, and i should see how the true ending is and then i can say if he actually cares about her or not, for me a lot of it depends on how true end path progresses.
but what i do believe is that this is just a poor writing of him with little interactions, not that he doesn't care, devs are more focused on Sana and her personality than him and its understandable since shes the mc, but yeah i think if they showed a little more of him, he do actually care, i mean how cant he?

I really don't think it's that deep or meant to be that deep lmao. The guy is just an overly trusting moron. He's not "using" her. And he's not a "cunning schemer". If anything, he's actually incredibly dumb. Dude cares for Sana but thinks she can handle herself (and he's not wrong given the whole evasion thing). He's just hit by poor writing on his character, which is fair since he's not the main character, Sana is. That's what makes him out to be careless but he's not Light Yagami to be calling him some "twisted manipulator".

Welp, the only thing that comes to mind is redownloading the latest version and trying again using that fresh copy. That or your PC is haunted.
