for people requesting a guide, this is what i use. i translate it automatically to english (machine translate it) with a chrome plugin (google translate?) and it works well.

I don't remember if this is a part 2 addition or if it was available in original release but the game warns you if you go to sleep with 0 sanity. You can also restart the day instead of progressing and use it to pump up your sanity to a safe level (using items for example). Finally, there are status effects you can turn on that decrease the multiplier by which sanity is lowered or even add sanity when doing naughty stuff instead of lowering it.

I'm not saying the mechanic is good or bad (I don't really car for it either way) but it can be easily mitigated.



Never seen that. Does it happen regardless of controls (mouse/keyboard)? Do you have a gamepad connected to your PC maybe?

I don't have anything connected, I play on the laptop, and when I try to move the character, it goes down by itself and stays in that fixed movement. It only happens in this game.

That specific link you gave me goes nowhere however I've download the ryuu version and that bug persist, I've saw actually that the amount of sanity lost over night got also upgraded to 85..

Huh, I tested both links (to the post and download) and both worked fine. Weird. Too bad about the bug though, I really can't think what else could be the reason for it.

Make sure your antivirus didn't remove any files. You can also try running the game with Locale Emulator set to Japanese.

im at the final episode but i cant beat it what do i do? nvm did it love for bf was to low but how do i get the true ending?

Could you check if using the save I posted earlier also breaks it? It's right at the start of the game but it's NG+ so you'd be able to cruise into part 2 rather quickly.

I'll try with that one later tonight, I'll let you know if im able to go through to part 2, should i just not use mtool at all?

Well, this save is for the 2.03 so unless you know Japanes MTool might be necessary. It shouldn't cause issues or at least I didn't had any, with either part.

If you caught other criminals you can talk to Colonel Sosol in jail and convince him to help you. They will show up during the fight and you'll have to do their mini-games instead.

i dont really get it, i put them all in to jail, talked to solol. But when i fight ogre its just the same shit super fast arrows i have to input. You gotta do anything special for the help ?

Hey, do you happen to understand the mental state stuff? I have it mtl translated and it doesn't make a lot of sense..

for example.. some food gives normalcy +7 and stuff like that.. I use it and it seems to do nothing.

and worse.. there is an item called happy powder.. it says it puts her in a fun or high state.. but I used it in a high state and she changed to normal.. and now whatever I eat.. it stays on normal. it's a bit crazy..

also the state change menu.. I can sort of unlock some states.. BUT! I can't use the state.. I try and select one and I can't do anything..

summary:
I can read the state status, like how it effects her, but I can't seem to change it easily.. and the state change menu does mostly a lot of nothing..
