The only important thing I remember from v1.05 is that high state inverts sanity gains and losses

Just checked it and it boils down to:
  • Catch the Racoon, Angel's Minion and Colonel Sosol.
  • Watch Ogre's fight in the city centre at night.
  • Go to Colonel Sosol and talk to him (he should have an icon over his head).
  • Go on a patrol, lose the normal QTEs - criminals should show up during the cutscene after that.
  • Complete catch mini-games used for these three criminals to catch the Ogre.

I can read the state status, like how it effects her, but I can't seem to change it easily.. and the state change menu does mostly a lot of nothing..

I can't provide anything comperhensive for now as I don't remember all of this stuff but in general if an item description says it changes the mood it most likely means it'll do it if the current mood is at "Normal". So in case of Happy Powder it works (or should work) as follows:
  • Satiety +15
  • Changes mood to "Fun" if used in "Normal" mood.
  • Changes mood to "High" if used in "Fun" mood.
  • No mood effects if used during other moods.
It's the same with State and Mood changes - you have to change it to "Normal" first and only then select the one you want to switch to.

I'm gonna add all the effects to the item list in the future so I'll know more then.

Here is a full save for v2.03. Dunno if a newer build was shared here so that's the best I have for now.

you only need to correct one of those arrow QTE, and then button smash when solsol and the others came

I just read on the ci-en page something about a 2nd week main story... I wanted to wait until all the bells and whistles were done with this, but am I understanding that this isn't a finished game yet, and the DLC is actually just continuing the story?

The game that's fully translated is only Part 1. FMC discovers that there's a conspiracy and begins getting involved in the antagonists' plots, mainly because they drag her in, still mostly unaware. Called the "Skeptical Edition" by the dev. The "DLC" is Part 2 of the story and is still untranslated. In this part, FMC begins striking back apparently, putting an end to the conspiracy around her and her boyfriend. Called the "Counterattack Edition". Part 2 is apparently going to be translated at some point but so far all we have is rough MTL.

Yeah, but I thought Part 2 was by and large done, save for a minigame with bonus content. The ci-en post mentioned they're introducing a second week main story which... what? Does Part 2 not conclude the story? I mean, if a Part 3 is in the works that's great, but just wondering if all this extra stuff is something worth waiting for before diving in.

There are two files in the zip - game save (slot 1, start of the game, virgin) and system (has info about completing true end and unlocks the developer room). Extract both of them to the "Save_MTool" folder to have the whole package or use just the game save for scene unlocks.

I tested it with a fresh copy of the game but let me know if something is borked.

For some reason your link ties to pg 16, but it references the correct post #. I'm finding the link on page 48

Edit: It's the posts per page preference. You're set to 60/pg. Default is 20 since I've never changed that. Messes with links it seems.

Oh, good catch. I didn't even consider pages being included in some of my links. That would explain other mentions I had about things being messed up when referencing before. Thanks for the heads up, I'll make sure to check when posting next time!

You need to use the correct Unifont font.
check if the Mtool antivirus is interfering with its operation
Also, does the game work without mtool? If not, download the game libraries for the Wolf engine.
