Followed OP's instructions down to the letter on blocking app . exe via firewall, though mine have to be launched first with admin rights before my firewall detects it is doing the internet thing,
after blocking, relaunched the game without admin rights, boots fine
everything checks out.

I don't know how it appears or the conditions but it's there
you must have some change (usually 5000 is more than enough), then in the morning, a red npc appears in "onsen inn" (entrance) to sell (like the arrow in the picture) and buy the first one for 500 (several times) and use it on yourself (menu>item>use) and sex with keiko until the gauge is at zero in repeat (use item and sex) for pregrant keiko (+ mini game "night")

hm I took it but it still says 0 and sperm in uterus also 0 no matter how often I come inside her

OK, it's bad that you have to wait a day for it to work. That's how it worked for me. I now have 100% sperm in my uterus but nothing is happening and it still says 0% chance.

pc wont even let me download the file because of virus. guess im missing out on this one, cuz i don't want to risk it
I really hate games that have virus cuz some of us don't want to take the risk of breaking are whole pc for a porn game so alot of us are gonna have to skip this game.
The risk is too high since the .dll keep being flag after many scan. Saying "trust bro, it is safe" is too risky on this one. I will wait till the admin say something. If they say it is safe, I will trust them.
Yup. And the game, steals your banking info.
